Fillout limits how many responses you get each month: 1,000 on Free, up to 5,000 on Pro at $49 a month. Tally gives unlimited submissions free and limits features. Qwenvo has no paid plans, so it limits neither. The best fit depends on whether responses or features are what you outgrow first.
Fillout's plans, as listed on its pricing page
- Free: unlimited forms and seats, 1,000 responses a month.
- Starter: $19 a month ($15 yearly), 2,000 responses, a lighter badge.
- Pro: $49 a month ($40 yearly), 5,000 responses, removes branding, custom CSS.
- Business: $89 a month ($75 yearly), unlimited responses, custom domain, partial submissions.
Fillout is strongest on integrations with Airtable, Notion and HubSpot. Check Fillout's pricing page before you decide, since plans change.
Tally's plans
- Free: unlimited forms and submissions, logic, calculations, payments, signatures, 10 MB uploads, a free AI assistant.
- Pro: $29 a month ($290 a year): no branding, custom domain, teammates, partial submissions, custom CSS and analytics.
- Business: $89 a month ($890 a year): data retention, email verification, 90-day version history.
Where the numbers cross
To remove the badge, Fillout asks for its Pro plan at $49 a month, while Tally asks for Pro at $29. For a custom domain, Fillout asks for Business at $89 a month, while Tally's Pro includes custom domains. For partial submissions, Fillout lists them on Business ($89 a month), Tally on Pro ($29). Both tools charge more as your needs grow, but in different places. Fillout also counts responses, so a busy form will push you up its ladder.
What the same needs cost on Qwenvo
Nothing. No branding, custom CSS, custom domain, partial submissions, teammates and unlimited responses are all on for every account.
- Create an account and make a form.
- Turn on Partial submissions and switch off Qwenvo branding in the Settings drawer.
- Add your own domain: on the Domains page, add a subdomain, create the CNAME at your DNS host, click Verify, then pick it on the Share tab. See custom domains.
- Add custom CSS at the bottom of the Customize panel.
Where Fillout is the better pick
Fillout is built around connecting forms to the rest of your stack, and its Airtable, Notion and HubSpot integrations are its strongest point. Qwenvo has Airtable and Notion integrations plus Google Sheets, Slack, Discord, Linear, Zapier, Make and webhooks, but no HubSpot integration. For HubSpot you would go through Zapier, Make or a webhook. If HubSpot sync is central, Fillout is the safer choice.
Which to choose

- Unlimited responses, light branding needs: Tally Free.
- Unlimited responses and every finishing feature: Qwenvo.
Why the response count matters
A cap on responses sounds harmless until a form does well. A giveaway, a launch or a newsletter mention can bring in more answers in a day than a quiet month. On a plan that counts responses, success is what pushes you up a tier.
Questions to ask when a plan counts responses
- How many responses did your busiest form get last month? Campaigns and launches spike.
- Will a viral share or an email blast push you past the monthly cap?
- What happens at the cap: do you pay more, or do new responses stop?
- Do you need partial submissions to learn where people drop off, and what plan lists them?
Those answers are on each vendor's page, so check them on the day you buy. The cost of never asking is a surprise bill or a closed form during a launch. If you want the no-cap route, see a form builder with no paid plans.
A fair comparison checklist
Write down the four things you need most: for example branding off, a custom domain, partial submissions and one integration. Then price those exact four on each tool's pricing page. Comparing headline plan prices hides the real gap, because the features you need often sit on different plans in different tools.
