Qwenvo

Terms of service

Last updated . Plain words, binding all the same.

The service

Qwenvo lets you build forms, share them and collect, sort and export the answers. Every feature is available to every account at no charge; use is subject to the fair use policy, which exists to keep the service fast for everyone rather than to meter you.

Your account

You need to be at least 16, give a working email address and keep your password and API keys to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you invite to your workspace. Tell us promptly if you think your account has been used without your permission.

Your content

The forms you build and the answers you collect are yours. You give us only the permission needed to store, display, process and back them up so the service works, including sending submissions to the AI triage model and to the integrations you enable. We make no other use of your content.

You are responsible for the forms you publish: for asking only what you may lawfully ask, for telling respondents how you will use their answers, for honouring their deletion requests, and for holding the rights to any text, images or files you add.

What you may not do

Collect passwords, card numbers or similar credentials through a form (payments go through the built-in Stripe block); send spam or phishing; impersonate another person or company; publish content that is illegal where you or your respondents are; attack, scrape or overload the service; or resell access to your account. Forms that break these rules are taken down and the account may be closed.

Payments you collect

Card payments inside a form are processed by Stripe under your own Stripe account and Stripe's terms. Qwenvo adds no platform fee. Refunds, disputes and tax are between you, your respondent and Stripe.

What we promise, and what we do not

We work to keep Qwenvo available, take nightly backups and fix problems quickly, but the service is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to one hundred US dollars, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data that you could have exported.

Ending the account

You can delete your account from Settings at any time; your forms, submissions and files are removed as described in the privacy policy. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after a warning where that is reasonable, and will give you a chance to export your data unless the law or the nature of the breach prevents it. If the service were ever to shut down, you would get at least 60 days' notice and an export of your data.

Changes and contact

If these terms change in a way that matters to you, we will email account holders before the change takes effect. The date at the top is the version in force. Questions go to the support address on the contact page.
