Custom domains

Host forms on your own (sub)domain.

Step by step

  1. Custom domains are a Pro feature.
  2. Add a (sub)domain under Domains, point a CNAME at the app host, then pick the domain on a form's Share tab.

Verification runs when you click Verify; once the CNAME resolves the share link switches to your domain and the old link keeps working.
