Qwenvo offers unlimited forms and submissions on every plan, including Free. To keep it that way for everyone, we ask that you use the service the way the vast majority of our users do. This policy explains what we consider fair use and what happens when an account goes well beyond it.
Qwenvo's plans are subject to this Fair Use Policy.
Examples of extensive usage
The following are examples of usage that is far above typical and that we may review:
- Consistently collecting high volumes of submissions: more than 50 000 submissions per month.
- Consistently collecting high volumes of file uploads: more than 100 GB of uploads per month, or more than 500 GB of total storage.
- Consistently sending high volumes of email notifications: more than 50 000 emails per month.
Sharing a subscription
A Pro or Business subscription covers your own organisation. Sharing one subscription with people or companies outside your organisation, or reselling access to it, is not allowed. Invite your own team members to your workspace instead; collaboration is unlimited on Pro and Business.
Rate limits
To protect the service from automated abuse, public submissions are rate-limited per IP address (30 per minute) and API keys per key (600 per minute). Spam collection, phishing forms or traffic that degrades the service for others are not fair use on any plan and may be blocked.
What happens if you exceed fair use
We do not switch anything off without warning. If your account consistently goes beyond the examples above, we will contact you to understand your use case and create a custom plan that fits it. If you expect this kind of volume, contact support before you launch and we will set it up with you.
