To score leads from a form, give each answer a points value with calculated fields, add the points up, and use the result to decide what the lead sees next and who gets told. Qwenvo also adds an AI priority to each submission and can route the high ones to sales. All of it is free.
Decide what a good lead looks like first
Scoring only works if you can say, in plain words, what makes someone worth a call. Write three to five signals before you touch the editor. For example:
- They have a budget range you can serve.
- They need something within the next three months.
- They are the decision maker, or work with one.
- They described a specific problem instead of "just looking".
Build the scoring in the form
- Start from the lead generation form or the demo request form.
- Turn each signal into a Multiple choice or Dropdown question: budget, timeline, role.
- Add a Calculated field that gives each option points. A real budget might add 3, a 12-month timeline might add 0.
- Add the points together in one calculated field so there is a single score.
- Use conditional logic on that score: jump a high scorer to a page that offers a booking link, and send a low scorer to a thank-you page with a guide instead.
See conditional logic for how show, hide and jump rules work.
Add the AI read on top
Points only measure the multiple-choice answers. The free-text box ("Tell us what you are trying to solve") holds the real signal, and that is where AI triage helps. It gives each submission a category, a priority and a short summary. A lead who writes two careful sentences about a deadline can come out high priority even when their points look average.
Switch it on under AI triage in the form's Settings. More detail in AI form triage.
Send hot leads to a person
Add a routing rule for the category sales lead at high or urgent priority, with up to 5 email addresses or a Slack webhook. The team sees the lead with its summary as soon as it is routed. Read how routing works.
Keep the scoring honest
- Review the first 20 leads by hand. If your highest scorers do not match who you would actually call, change the points.
- Keep the form short. Every extra question lowers completion. Use drop-off analytics to see where people leave.
- Do not score on things you should not use. If a field could lead to unfair treatment of a group, leave it out.
- Treat AI priority as a suggestion. A person should decide who gets a call.
A limit: Qwenvo is a form builder, not a CRM. It scores and routes. To track a lead through a pipeline, send the submission to Google Sheets, Airtable or Notion, or onward with Zapier, Make or a webhook.
A simple scoring table to copy
Keep points small and obvious so you can explain them to a colleague in a minute. An example for a services business:
- Budget: under your minimum scores 0, within range scores 2, above range scores 3.
- Timeline: exploring scores 0, within 6 months scores 1, within 4 weeks scores 3.
- Role: researcher scores 0, influencer scores 1, decision maker scores 2.
- Described problem: left blank scores 0, filled in scores 1.
These numbers are only an illustration. Set your own after you look at who actually became a customer. A score is a starting hypothesis about fit, and your results should change it over time.
Use the score for the lead, not only for you
The best use of a score is often a better experience for the person filling in the form. A high-fit lead can jump to a page with a booking link, embedded with Embed anything (for example Calendly). A lower-fit lead can jump to a thank-you page with a guide or pricing information. Both get an answer straight away instead of waiting for a human reply.
Questions people ask
Can I show the score to the lead?
You can use it for logic, such as which page they see next. Show it as a number only when it is useful to them, for example in a quiz result.
Do I need a CRM to start?
No. A Google Sheets row per submission and a Slack alert is enough for a small team.
Is this the same as a quiz?
It uses the same building blocks, calculated fields and logic. A quiz scores right and wrong answers; lead scoring scores fit.
