The feature Tally doesn't have: AI that reads every submission

By the Qwenvo team · · 2 min read

Every form builder collects answers. Then a person has to read them, decide which ones matter, and forward them to whoever handles them. On a busy contact form that is an hour a day.

Tally's AI helps you build forms. It does not read what comes back; to get there you connect Claude or ChatGPT through its MCP server, or wire up Zapier. Qwenvo reads every submission itself, for free.

What triage does to each response

  • Category: sales lead, support, bug report, feedback, hiring, spam and so on.
  • Priority: low, normal, high or urgent.
  • Sentiment: positive, neutral or negative.
  • Summary: one or two sentences saying who wrote, what they want and what they are asking for.
  • Suggested reply you can copy into your answer.

An example

"Our checkout form stopped sending receipts after yesterday's update and customers are emailing us. Can someone look today?" → Bug report · Urgent · Negative · A customer reports receipts stopped after an update and asks for a fix today.

Routing: the urgent ones find the right person

A routing rule matches priorities, categories or both, and sends matching submissions to email addresses or a Slack channel. Urgent bug reports can go to the engineering Slack channel and sales leads to the sales inbox, up to five addresses per rule. No Zapier, no glue code.

What it costs

Nothing. Every account gets AI triage on 10,000 submissions a month. We measured the real model cost at about $0.22 per 1,000 submissions, which is why we can include it.

Turn it on

  1. Open a form's Settings and, under AI triage, switch on Triage submissions with AI.
  2. Optional: in the same section, add routing rules for the priorities or categories you care about, with an email address or a Slack webhook for each.
  3. New submissions show their category, priority and summary in Submissions, in your notification email and in Slack.

Where Tally is still the better pick: your data has to be hosted in Europe, you want a tool with five years of reviews behind it, or you depend on an integration Qwenvo does not have yet. Tally prices and plan details were checked on tally.so on 2026-10-29.
