A form on your own domain looks like part of your product. A form on a builder's domain looks like a third-party tool, because it is.
On Tally, a custom domain needs Pro: $29 a month, $290 a year. On Qwenvo it is free, together with branding removal, so the form carries only your name.
Set it up in four steps
- In Qwenvo, open Domains and add a subdomain you own, for example
forms.yourcompany.com. - At your DNS provider, add the CNAME record Qwenvo shows you.
- Click Verify. Once the record resolves, the domain is ready.
- On a form's Share tab, pick the domain. The share link switches over, and the old link keeps working.
Finish the white-label look
- Switch off Qwenvo branding in the form's Settings (free).
- Set your own link preview: image, title, description and favicon (free; Pro on Tally).
- Send notification emails from your own domain (free; Pro on Tally).
- Add custom CSS if the built-in design options are not enough (free; Pro on Tally).
