- There is no Formstack importer; the importer takes Typeform JSON, Word, PDF, CSV, Markdown, plain text and screenshots.
- Workflows that depend on features outside forms, such as long approval chains, may need Zapier, Make or webhooks to recreate.
- Two people editing one form at once means the last save wins.
Where Formstack may be the better pick
A larger organisation that needs an established vendor with sales support and a track record, or that already runs processes on Formstack, may reasonably stay. Qwenvo launched in October 2026, has few reviews, is hosted in the United States and has no HIPAA offering.
Questions a team should settle before switching
- Who owns the forms? Name one person per workspace, and put the rest of the team in as teammates.
- Where do answers need to go? Pick the destination first: a spreadsheet, Notion, Airtable, Slack, or another system through a webhook.
- What must be kept, and for how long? Set data retention on forms that hold personal details.
- Who needs to know what changed? The audit log and the 90-day version history help you answer that.
A small team can do all of this in an afternoon. A larger one should migrate in waves, starting with a single low-risk form, and keep the old tool running until the new one has proven itself.
Document the new setup in one page: which forms exist, who owns them, where answers go and who gets notified. Share it with the team. That page makes onboarding a new colleague a five-minute job instead of a guessing game.
