1. Qwenvo
Best for: teams that want logic, payments and AI without a forms or submissions cap. Branding off is a setting, not an upgrade. Payments go through your own Stripe account with 0% from Qwenvo. Uploads go to 1 GB per file. Start from 180+ free templates.
Watch out for: Stripe is the only payment provider, so PayPal-only customers need another tool. There is no HIPAA offering, no mobile app, and Jotform's template library is larger. Qwenvo launched in October 2026.

Best for: simple, fast forms. Watch out for: the badge is removed only on Pro, $29 a month or $290 a year, and there is no mobile app.

Where Jotform is still the better pick

Moving a form off Jotform
There is no Jotform importer in Qwenvo, so you recreate the form. For a typical form this is quick:
- Copy the question list from your old form into a text file, one question per line, with the options under it.
- On the empty-form screen, paste it into the importer (plain text, Markdown or CSV in the question,type,options layout), or describe the form to the AI and edit the draft.
- Re-add anything that is not a plain question: the Payment block, a Signature block, File upload and any conditional logic.
- Match the look in the Customize panel, then switch off the Qwenvo branding in Settings.
- Run a test submission and a test payment before you replace the old link.
If the old form was packed with advanced widgets, rebuild the three most important and see whether the rest are needed. Old forms collect fields nobody reads, so a rebuild is a chance to cut them. Send the finished link to a colleague on a phone before you switch it on.
