Nothing is shipped

Qwenvo is software used online at qwenvo.com. We sell no physical goods, so nothing is shipped or couriered and there are no shipping charges.

How a paid plan is delivered

A plan you buy is delivered to your Qwenvo workspace electronically. It is activated automatically as soon as the payment gateway confirms the payment, usually within a minute and always within 24 hours. Settings, Plan & billing then shows the plan, the date it runs until, and your invoice, and we send a confirmation to the account's email address.

Priority support that comes with a plan is delivered by email from the day the plan starts. On the Scale plan we email you within 2 business days to book the onboarding call, held online at a time that suits you.

If a plan is not activated

If 24 hours after paying your workspace still shows the free plan, write to jayadevrana10008@gmail.com with the payment ID. We activate the plan or refund the payment in full, as you prefer.
