Cancellation and refund policy

What you can buy

Two optional plans, each prepaid for one month or one year: Plus (₹799 a month or ₹7,990 a year) and Scale (₹2,499 a month or ₹24,990 a year). Prices are in Indian Rupees and the price shown at checkout is the full amount charged.

Cancellation

Plans do not renew automatically and we never charge you again without you buying again, so there is nothing to cancel to stop future charges. When the paid period ends the workspace simply returns to the free plan; your forms and submissions stay exactly as they are.

If you want to stop a plan early, ask for a refund as described below. Inside the 7-day window you get your money back in full; after it, the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Refunds

Full refund, no questions asked: write to jayadevrana10008@gmail.com or use the contact page within 7 days of the payment, from the email address on the account, and mention the invoice number (Settings, Plan & billing). The plan ends when the refund is issued.

After 7 days payments are not refundable, except in the cases below, because the plan's AI allowance and priority support have been available to you from the moment of payment.

Always refunded in full, at any time: a payment charged twice or charged in error, a payment taken when the plan was not activated, and any period in which a paid plan could not be used because of a fault on our side lasting more than 72 hours (refunded for that period).

How and when refunds are paid

We confirm a valid refund request within 2 business days and start the refund the same day. The money goes back to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking or wallet) and usually arrives within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank. We cannot refund to a different account or in cash.

If a payment failed but money left your account, the payment gateway returns it automatically, normally within 5 to 7 working days. If it has not arrived by then, contact us with the payment ID and we will chase it.

Payments collected on your forms

Money that respondents pay through a payment block on your form goes to your own payment account, not to us. Refunds, cancellations and disputes for those payments are between you, your payer and your payment provider, under your own refund policy.
