A free Paperform alternative is Qwenvo. It has no paid plans and includes payments through your Stripe account, calculated fields, a custom domain and branding removal. We have not verified Paperform's current plans or limits, so use the checklist below to compare them on its own pricing page.
What we will and won't say about Paperform
We have not verified Paperform's prices, limits or plan features on its own pages, so this post quotes none. Open the Paperform pricing page and compare the answers to the questions below against what Qwenvo offers.
Ten questions to ask any form builder before you pay
- How many submissions per month does my plan allow?
- Is there a platform fee on payments, on top of the payment processor's fee?
- Which payment providers are supported?
- Can I remove the vendor's branding on my plan?
- Can I use a custom domain, and on which plan?
- How many teammates can I invite?
- How large can a file upload be?
- Can I export all my data, and in which formats?
- Is there version history, and for how long?
- What happens to my forms if I downgrade or cancel?

A quick test with a form that sells something
The best way to compare is to rebuild one real form with a calculation in it. Here is how on Qwenvo, using the order form template as the base.
- Create a free account and open the order form template.
- Edit the products. Use Number for quantity and Dropdown for options.
- Add a Calculated field that multiplies price by quantity, plus any delivery fee.
- Add a Payment block and connect your Stripe account.
- Turn on confirmation emails and notifications, and switch off Qwenvo branding in Settings.
- Style it in the Customize panel and publish it from your own subdomain.

Bring your existing form across
There is no Paperform importer. The importer accepts Typeform JSON, Word, PDF, CSV, Markdown, plain text and a screenshot, so copy your questions into one of those. Logic and calculations are rebuilt by hand. See import forms.
Where Paperform may be the better pick
If Paperform already does a job well for you, such as a particular integration or a design you have invested in, switching has a cost. Qwenvo launched in October 2026, has few reviews, is hosted in the United States and supports Stripe only. Check what Paperform offers on its own page, then decide.
A three-column worksheet
Make a simple table with three columns: the feature you need, what Paperform says on its page, and what Qwenvo offers. Fill in the first column from your real forms, not from a feature list. Then fill in the second column from Paperform's own pricing page, copying the plan name next to each answer. The third column you can fill from this post.
Count how many of your needs fall behind a higher plan on each side. The tool with the smaller bill for your actual needs wins. If it is close, break the tie on the thing you will touch daily: the editor. Build the same small form on both and see which one you enjoy using.
Do not skip the boring checks either. Ask how you export your data, what happens to published forms if you stop paying, and whether you can keep your own domain. A tool that is easy to leave is easier to trust.
