Yes, you can take payments in a free form builder. On Qwenvo, add a Payment block and charge through your own Stripe account. Qwenvo takes a 0% platform fee, so the only fee is Stripe's own, which you pay Stripe. Stripe is the only provider. There is no paid plan to unlock it.
What you can sell with a form
- A product, ticket or registration fee.
- An order where the total depends on the choices: sizes, quantities, add-ons.
- A pre-order for something that ships later.
For prices that depend on answers, use calculated fields to add up the cost from what the customer picked, then test that the Payment block charges the total you expect.
Build a paid order form
- Start from the order form template or the digital product pre-order.
- Add the items as Multiple choice, Dropdown or Number blocks (for quantity).
- Add a calculated field that totals the price from the answers.
- Insert a Payment block with
/. The block uses your own Stripe account, so the money goes to you through Stripe. - Choose the currency. Many currencies are supported.
- Add a Thank-you page or a redirect on completion. See redirect on completion and thank-you page.
- Run a test purchase before you share the link.
What it costs
Qwenvo: $0 and no platform fee. Stripe's own fee still applies, as it does anywhere you use Stripe. Tally has the same shape: its pricing page says no fee on top of Stripe, so the difference is in what else you pay for around the form. Tally's free plan limits file uploads to 10 MB per file, while Qwenvo allows up to 1 GB per file.
How other free tools compare
- Google Forms has no built-in payments.
- Jotform supports Stripe, PayPal and many other processors. If you need PayPal or a local processor, Jotform is the stronger choice. Check its pricing page: jotform.com/pricing.
- Typeform and Fillout limit responses on lower plans, which matters if you sell in volume. See their pricing pages for current limits.
The honest limit
Stripe is the only payment provider on Qwenvo. If your customers must pay with PayPal, UPI or another local method, or you cannot open a Stripe account in your country, this is not the right tool. Check Stripe's availability for your country.
Good practice for paid forms
- Show the price clearly before the payment step.
- State your refund policy in a Text block.
- Turn on confirmation emails so buyers receive a record of their order.
- Use prevent duplicate submissions if double-charging is a risk, and keep an eye on the first few orders.
- Send orders to Google Sheets, Airtable or Notion, or notify yourself on Slack, so nothing sits unseen.
Before you take your first payment
- Create or log in to your Stripe account and complete its checks.
- Make a test form with a low price and run a full test purchase.
- Check the confirmation email and the thank-you page.
- Check that the order data reaches your sheet, Notion database or Slack channel.
- Write a plain refund and contact statement on the form.
Taxes, invoices and consumer rules depend on where you sell. Qwenvo is a form builder with a payment step, not an accounting tool, so check with your own adviser what you owe.
Keep payments and data tidy
Every paid order is also a record of a person. Keep order forms to the fields you need to deliver the product, send confirmation emails, and decide how long you keep order data. Your own tax and bookkeeping rules may require you to keep some records, so ask an adviser for your case. For retention settings, see form data retention.

Next step: build an order form and run a test. Will this stay free? If paid plans are ever introduced, everything you already use stays available and you will be told well in advance. Today there is no plan to pick and no card on file. See also the Tally comparison.
