Qwenvo is a free form builder for teams: unlimited teammates, unlimited workspaces and folders, an audit log and 90 days of version history, with no seat fees and no paid plan. Invite the whole team and organize forms by workspace and folder. One caution: two people editing the same form at the same time can overwrite each other.
What teams actually need from a form tool
- Everyone who needs to can edit or view forms without paying per person.
- A way to organize forms by team or project.
- Responses that go to the right people.
- A record of who changed what.
- A way to undo a bad edit.
Set up a team in five steps
- Create an account.
- Create a workspace for each team or client, and folders inside it for projects.
- Invite teammates. See members for how roles work.
- Agree who owns each form, and use folders to keep that clear.
- Set up routing rules so submissions reach the right channel.
Features that make teamwork safer
- Audit log: who published, deleted, exported or changed what. See form audit log.
- 90-day version history: look back at how a form used to be.
- Slack, Notion, Airtable, Google Sheets, Linear, Discord: responses land where the team already works.
- No badge: switch off Qwenvo branding in each form's Settings so team forms carry only your name.
- Custom domain: every form on your own subdomain.
How others price teams
- Tally: teammates are a Pro feature, $29 a month or $290 a year (tally.so/pricing).
- Fillout: the free plan has unlimited forms and seats, but 1,000 responses a month (fillout.com/pricing).
- Typeform: Basic is 1 user (typeform.com/pricing).
- Google Forms: free, and collaboration works through Google accounts and sharing.
- Microsoft Forms: free and part of Microsoft 365, best inside Microsoft tools.
Check each pricing page before you decide. Plans change. Tally details were checked on 2026-10-29.
The collaboration limit, plainly
Qwenvo does not merge simultaneous edits. If two people edit the same form at once, the last save wins. Agree on one editor per form at a time, check the version history if something looks wrong, and note that Google Forms is stronger at live co-editing for people working in Google's tools.
A small team workflow
- Start from a template, such as meeting agenda input or team lunch order.
- One person builds; another reads the questions and the wording.
- Publish, then share the link in your team channel.
- Check the audit log monthly for surprises.
Organize forms so the team can find them
- Name forms with the purpose first, for example Support - Bug report - Mobile.
- Use one folder per project or per department.
- Archive or delete forms you no longer use, and check first with the audit log who touched them.
- Use a separate workspace for each client if you work for several.
A bit of structure on day one saves a lot of searching later. Unlimited folders and workspaces mean you never need to compromise to stay under a limit.
Plan for people leaving and joining
Teams change. When someone leaves, remove their access, check the audit log for what they published or exported recently, and move their forms to a new owner. When someone joins, add them to the right workspace and show them the folders. A five-minute routine each time keeps access current and avoids orphaned forms.
Share the results, not only the forms
The people who read submissions are often not the people who build forms. Use routing rules or the Slack, Notion, Airtable and Google Sheets integrations so results reach them where they already work, and keep export permissions for people who need the raw data. Read route form submissions for the setup.
Questions people ask
Is there a limit on team members?
No. Teammates, workspaces and folders are unlimited.
Can my team see each other's forms?
That depends on how you organize workspaces and invite people. Read members before inviting clients.
Is there a mobile app for the team?
No. Qwenvo works in the browser, including on a phone.
Will this stay free? If paid plans are ever introduced, everything you already use stays available and you will be told well in advance. Today there is no plan to pick and no card on file. Next step: invite one teammate to a test workspace and try it together.
Every feature, $0, no card.
