Templates are complete forms you copy into your workspace. Every template is free and fully editable once copied.
Use a template
From an empty form choose Use a template. Filter the gallery by category, click a card to see a live preview, then click Use this template: the content replaces the empty form in place (same form id) and the form title becomes the template name.
From the public gallery at /templates, Use this template creates a new draft form in your workspace and opens the editor.
Create your own
Open a published form's Share tab and choose Create a template. Give it a name, category and description. Private templates are listed under By my team for workspace members only; public templates appear in the gallery with your name as the author.
