Form settings

Everything in the editor's Settings panel, section by section.

Open Settings from the gear icon in the editor top bar. Changes are saved with the draft and go live when you publish; settings that must be enforced server-side (close date, submission limit, password, duplicate prevention) are copied to the form record on publish.

General

  • Language: the language of the texts you did not write yourself (buttons, validation errors, closed-form messages). Right-to-left languages flip the layout.
  • Redirect on completion: send respondents to a URL right after they submit instead of the thank-you page.
  • Progress bar: show completion across pages.
  • Partial submissions (Pro): capture answers from respondents who start but never submit; they appear as incomplete rows in Submissions.
  • Qwenvo branding (Pro): hide the Made with Qwenvo badge.
  • Submissions data retention (Business): delete submissions automatically after a number of days.

Email notifications

  • Self email notifications: an email on every new submission. Pro can set the recipient list, from name, reply-to, subject and message, and attach a PDF of the answers.
  • Respondent email notifications (Pro): pick the email question to send to, then customise the subject and message; mention answers with @ to personalise them.

Access

  • Password protect form: respondents must enter the password before the form loads.
  • Close form: stop accepting submissions now.
  • Close form on a scheduled date: a date, time and timezone after which the form closes.
  • Limit number of submissions: close automatically when the total is reached.
  • Closed form message: the title and message shown once the form is closed by any of the options above.
  • Prevent duplicate submissions: one submission per person, detected by browser cookie, IP address or an email question.
  • Require sign-in and CAPTCHA: ask for a Qwenvo login or a simple challenge before submitting.

Submissions

  • Metadata fields: store the respondent's IP address and a respondent id with each submission.
  • Input fields: choose which questions are stored; everything is stored by default.
  • Triage submissions with AI: every submission is categorised, prioritised and summarised with a suggested reply; results show in Submissions, in your notification email and in Slack. Add optional instructions such as 'Enterprise leads are urgent'.

Behaviour

  • Auto-jump to next page: advance when the single choice, dropdown, rating or linear-scale question on the page is answered.
  • Save answers for later: keep unsent answers in the respondent's browser so they can come back and finish (on by default).
  • Submit button label: the text on the final button; empty means Submit.
